Add New Business Contact

Select the date this business was first added to the database. This helps management see when the lead entered the system and how long it has been active.
Write the name of the salesperson who added or is responsible for this business contact. This makes follow-up, reporting and accountability much easier.
Enter the official business name exactly as the customer uses it online, on Google, Facebook, signs, invoices or business cards.
Write the person who answered or the person responsible for advertising decisions. If unknown, write owner, manager or WhatsApp contact.
Add the phone or WhatsApp number, including country code when possible.
Add the best email for offers, contracts, invoices, follow-up messages and written confirmations.
Add their website, Facebook page, Instagram page or Google Business Profile link if they have one.
Choose the broad business area first, for example Accommodation, Restaurants, Contractors, Real Estate, Legal, Events or Excursions.
Choose the most accurate detailed type. Example: under Accommodation you can choose hotel, bed and breakfast, apartments, villas and other accommodation types.
Use this field when the dropdown does not describe the business precisely enough. You can also add a local niche, special service or exact trade description.
Describe the exact services the business offers. This can later be used for listings, advertising text, sales follow-up and customer proposals.
Select the exact date the business was contacted by phone, WhatsApp, email, Facebook, website form or face-to-face meeting.
Choose the latest sales status after the conversation, so the team knows the next action.
Select the agreed or recommended follow-up date. This prevents warm leads from being forgotten.
Choose the best time to contact the business again. Use the time agreed with the customer if they gave one.
Write a practical summary of what happened, including customer objections, agreed next steps, price comments, promised actions and the best next sales approach.
