English selected. Start with the insurance comparison section, check the savings indication, then complete the customer details and short notes.
Step 1: Insurance Comparison
Select the customer’s current insurance type first. This controls which insurance companies appear in the next dropdown and makes the check more accurate.
After selecting the insurance type, choose the company the customer is currently insured with. The list includes the company name and the type of insurance they are relevant for.
Step 2: Customer Details
Select the customer’s current decision after the conversation. This makes follow-up clear for the sales team and helps avoid losing interested customers.
Write a short practical note for the next caller or insurance advisor. Example: “Wants callback tomorrow at 10:00”, “Needs English-speaking advisor”, or “Currently insured with Santander”.
Type the customer’s full legal name exactly as shown on their official identification document.
Select the customer’s nationality. This helps the insurance advisor understand the customer profile and communication needs.
Choose the language the customer prefers to speak during follow-up and quotation support.
Enter the customer’s email address for quote follow-up, documentation or appointment confirmation.
Select the correct international phone prefix before entering the customer’s telephone number.
Type the customer’s telephone number without the country prefix if the prefix has already been selected on the left.

Type the document number exactly as provided by the customer. Example NIE format: X1234567A.
